Dear Colleagues,

The European Geriatric Medicine Society (EuGMS) is excited to announce the call for applicants for the Second Edition of the Rotation Program for Early-Career Geriatricians. This innovative program aims to foster a deeper understanding and exchange of experiences, skills, and knowledge in the field of geriatric medicine in Europe. By facilitating closer interactions.
The Rotation Program offers a unique opportunity for Early-Career Geriatricians to engage in a two-week observership at a hosting centre located in one of the EuGMS member countries. This experience is designed to broaden your horizon, introduce you to new methodologies, and allow you to witness geriatric medicine practices in diverse healthcare settings. For detailed information on hosting centres and to choose your preference, please refer to the accompanying form.
Understanding the financial constraints that might hinder participation, the EuGMS is committed to funding travel and accommodation expenses for three (3) selected participants. This support aims to ensure that the selected Early-Career Geriatricians can fully immerse themselves in the learning experience without financial burdens.

  • Applicants must be either residents in Geriatric Medicine or within 10 years post-certification as a geriatrician, working in Europe.
